All content presented on GiftYards—including but not limited to typography, high-fidelity imagery, cinematic media, and the proprietary code—is the exclusive property of GiftYards. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these assets is strictly prohibited.

03. Authenticity & Product Representation

While we strive for absolute accuracy in our digital catalog, slight variations in color and texture may occur due to screen calibration and the unique nature of luxury materials. Every item undergoes a rigorous multi-point verification process to ensure curated authenticity before shipment.

04. Limitation of Liability

GiftYards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our white-glove delivery service includes insurance up to the point of transfer; thereafter, the responsibility for the piece rests with the connoisseur.

05. Governance

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
